One downside of the hotel is that it is not located in a convenient area for those with heavy luggage, but this is a common problem throughout the city.

During my recent Christmas stay, I found this hotel to be exceptional. the breakfast provided was top quality, in addition to the pleasant and comfortable surroundings that were truly great. Plus, the staff were professional and courteous, making for a warm experience.

One minor thing I didn't like about the hotel is that it isn't located near any train stations, which made it tough to get to if you don't have a car. Taxis are readily available, but it's still an extra cost and inconvenience to take one.
